Ongoing Classes

Re-opening Monday, May 18th! Activities are held at 546 Bay Isles Road – outdoors when weather permits!

Mondays 10am – Stretch & Strengthen

Try this 1-hour class designed for increased flexibility, strength and balance. All exercises are done standing or seated. Feel free to bring light hand weights! And please bring your own towel and water bottle.

ON HOLD – Learn to play Mah Jongg – or work on your game – Tuesdays 1-3pm


Wednesday 11am-Noon Fun & Games – a variety of trivia, brain games & a chance to socialize!

Thursday 10-11am Zumba & Mat Pilates


Use our Juvent – micro-impact platform (we have two!)
